My notes for the U.S constitution: 1- the founder fathers in their first convention , created just 7 article . 2- the U.S constitution has been changed 17 times . 3- the U.S constitution in its last version contain 27 amendments articles . 4- the first 10 articles call the bill of rights . 5- the rest contain some articles give the people the right of voting or banning or abolishing slavery and the formation of the state and relationships between the three branch of the government , and the term of president . 6- you did not find this section of the most of 27 amendments especially the 10 first articles that guarantee the right of peoples of doing something '' This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several States within seven years from the date of its submission to the States by the Congress '' which make me think , why they did not put this section under every article for insurer will not be amend unless 3/4 of the congress states' approval , or could be used one day if happened anything in US or emergency situation to use the martial laws by amend the articles just be congress IN DC , no need to 3/4 ... etc , because there is no affirmation of 3/4 of several states' congress approval. 7- the 27th amendment , should be more restrictive than that , we knew they take money from donors for their campaign and some time take money from companies , so do not care about next election to raise their compensations , in my opinion should add to this amendment prohibition of taking money of donators or companies to supporting issue they claimed to . 8- some articles need to change . one of them the right of citizenship should be to legal resident for more than 3 years at least or natural born for legal resident family .
