I really don't know if your sentence of the First rule' your is right.... I would say... When I was off, I would study English all the day! ( could anyone help us?)

Hello Reinaldo, for the first sentence, it depends on what specifically you're trying to communicate. Do you mean when you had time during the day? If so, you could say: "When I had time during the day, I would study English all the time." The second sentence is correct!
