I am from a small country from the south east of Europe. The situation about labor market down here is a little bit different from US. The unemployment rate is very high around 30%. The highest demand is for physical labor, manufacturing and other related fields. Right now is very difficult for people that hold a university or college degree to find a suitable job. The highest paying jobs are for people who work in government institutions and in international organizations or international companies. The probability for high school graduates to find a good job is very low. However, in the future we hope to be part of European Union and in this way people will have more chances to find good jobs and make a living.
