it seems a political struggle that WHO is such a sandwich between China and US concerning covid 19 pandemic. instead of forbidden each other, cooperation globally could be needed as responses to covid 19. and then the entire world will survive.

Only 20% of the budget reached to desire people, rest of them gone to UN 's people pocket. UN agencies are not for the people of developing countries but for the people of UN and doner countries.
