The technology is out of a science fiction book but......I gotta be honest I am on the fence in introducing a lab made genetic altering substance in my body....and why wasn't any MRNA vaccines approved in the last 3 decades?!. I want this nightmare to be over but are there any vaccines in trial that are natural based in third stage trials and preferably single dose rather than the two injection required for this one?.

Hello all, The news gives us a hope. I have a question on grammar though. In this sentence "Fauci told the Financial Times that he expected good results from Moderna’s study because the two mRNA-based vaccines are “identical in many respects.” an article "the" is used in front of Financial Times. I wonder why it is there. Financial Times is a proper name as far as I understand therefore there is no need to use "the". Thank you and stay safe!
