Man, 53, Vietnam: Co-workers are rude, and the manager ignores the problem

I and some of my colleagues have had a relationship problem. During work, I concentrate on my work but they do not. They like to eat often and gossip about others and laugh at their jokes while working. The manager ignores this because they are in a majority. I am not an eccentric person but they laugh at me. Only one or two of them often talk and laugh loudly and the others follow them.
