Homeless Women on LA’s 'Skid Row' Find Hopeful Future
An area called "Skid Row" in downtown Los Angeles has one of the highest concentrations of homeless people in the United States. It is also where many social services can be found. Elizabeth Lee reports for VOA the Downtown Women’s Center is focused on helping homeless women get off the streets.
