Pentagon Promises to Investigate Airstrike at Afghan Hospital

U.S. Defense Secretary Ash Carter has pledged a full and transparent investigation to determine if U.S. airstrikes targeted a hospital run by the medical charity Doctors Without Borders, known by its French acronym MSF, that left at least 22 people dead.
