Capturing CO2 is Costly and Complicated
Most scientists agree that the increasing amount of carbon-dioxide in the atmosphere is contributing to climate change, with potentially catastrophic effects. But keeping exhaust gas CO2 from entering the atmosphere is a complicated and costly process. A huge facility in Norway is dedicated to making it easier and cheaper. VOA’s George Putic reports.
