At-Risk Young Adults Learn Art of Making Wooden Boats
The art of building small wooden boats is being used to help young, at-risk adults turn their lives around. At a seaport center in Alexandria, they are serving as apprentices in a boat building program that gives them the skills, confidence and discipline to change their lives for the better. VOA's Deborah Block takes us there.
